In recent years,with the continuous development of computer technology,the traditional operation mode of power enterprises has been greatly impacted.The daily operation process not only needs to meet the scale change demand of the main grid framework,but also needs to consider reducing the human cost of enterprise operation,which requires the power enterprises to continuously develop new technology,so unattended technology has become the future main developing trendsof power enterprises.With the rapid growth of the substation number,the centralized control automation system can not operate according to the traditional power grid mode,but to enter the new ultra-high voltage power grid operation and maintenance mode,and through the implementation of various functions of the integrated automation system,to achieve the requirements of safe and stable production equipment good operation.At the same time,the establishment of the "three sets and five major" system of the State Grid also forces the construction of the centralized control system to move forward to a higher level,including the design,construction,operation and maintenance are constantly improved for this purpose.Based on the background of 220 k V centralized control center automation system project construction in Tangsteel,this paper first analyzes the development status of substation centralized control system from two aspects at China and abroad,analyzes the conditions required for the establishment of the current substation centralized control system.Secondly,the functional design of the centralized control system in 220 k V substation of Tangsteel as the starting point of the research,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the integrated automation system of the substation since it was put into operation,analyzes the requirements and feasibility of the centralized control system.Thirdly,this paper discusses the design of the five prevention functions of the unified topology in detail.By checking the operation sequence,the algorithm of maintainability is improved,and the preliminary test of the five prevention functions of the topology is realized,which proves its necessity.Fourthly,this paper studies the hardware design and control right management of the centralized control system,and designs the hardware environment for the four safety areas of the centralized control system,puts forward three control right and five prevention deployment schemes and analyzes the implementation of each scheme.Finally,it is verified by the overall application test of the 220 k V centralized control center automation system construction in Tangsteel.All contents meet the performance standard and the expected purpose.Figure 25;Table 5;Reference 60.
