| With the continuous expansion of the scale of the500kV power grid of West InnerMongolia, the contradiction between the fewer number of substation operatingpersonnel on duty and maintenance personnel and the expansion of the scale ofthe500kV power grid become very obvious. If we increase the number of substationoperating personnel on duty in accordance with conventional management, it will leadto increased production costs of power grid companies, and economic benefits willdecline. In order to adapt to the modern grid management and the promotion oftechnology, ease the pressure of power grid companies in human resources, technologyand safety management, the development of500kV substation centralized monitoringand control system construction is necessary.This paper researches the Hardware and software construction of500kV substationcentralized monitoring and control system of Inner Mongolia EHV Power SupplyBureau. According to the practical situation of the power grid of West Inner Mongolia,this paper studies the structure of the monitoring and control system, the design plan ofthe monitoring and control system, the implementation plan of SCADA system and themanagement of the power grid of West Inner Mongolia500kV substation. This paperelaborates on the processing system of the alarm information, and argues necessary ofthe intelligent alarm, and it elaborates on packet optimization principle of remotesignalling and the theory and realization of expert processing system of the alarminformation of typical line and breaker of the substation. Finally, this paper summarizesthe construction and maintenance work of500kV centralized control center. And thispaper prospects for the future work on forward pass of alarm and the view of remotegraphics. |
