The main problem to be solved is that power environment centralized monitoring and control system of substation equipment room is to design for system scale and network structure, and to solve the remote site collection and dealing ways of monitoring data, and to choose and design for transmission mode, and to configure the software and hardware in monitoring center responsibly using monitoring technology in order to realize power environment monitoring and the accuracy and real time of environment monitoring report data. Using advanced communication technology to monitor power environment of equipment room distributed in this area or remote areas is to realize burglar alarm, image monitoring, fault alarm, emergency dealing and to further more realize centralized monitoring of equipment rooms in different areas.This thesis introduces the background, significance, overseas and domestic research status of power environment centralized monitoring and control system of substation equipment room at first. Then it gives the whole design plan and demonstration. According to the integrative solutions, this paper determines monitoring objects. Afterwards systems made by different monitoring objects are designed in detail, including UPS power system, precious air conditioner system, closed-circuit monitoring system, door check on work attendance system, temperature and humidity measurement system, fire control monitoring system, network and application monitoring system, power automation system monitoring system. Afterwards, the software control system is analysed and designed. Finally, the work is summarized and it explains shortcomings and looks forward to the future of power environment centralized monitoring and control system.
