The Research On The Maintenance Of Electric Power Plants And Quality Evaluation

The maintenance of generator is a complex work, which must consider the technique question of excessive subjects and experts about electric equipment, at the same time it must consider a series of questions about management science.This paper presents the reasons of the maintenance on Fengtai power plant, and according to the practical case, we make the maintenance scheme about electricity, boiler, turbine. To assure the engineering's quality, the paper makes the strict examination system, management content and request, principle and standard of maintenance point.The paper presents the evaluation system of maintenance quality:the principle of selecting evaluation index, evaluation result,calculation of the proportion and the evaluated method of engineering integer quality. Based on the average method, this paper gives the synthesis analysis method, and estimates the engineering quality about Fengtai 2# generator.
