The Research On The Maintenance Manag- Ement And Maintenance Quality Evaluation Of Rural Highway

Rural highway is not only the main channel which connects rural areas and outside, but also an important infrastructure which can development rural economy, improve people’s life standard and new socialist countryside. Since Zhejiang provincial government and provincial communications implement the major decision of rural royal engineering in 2003,Yuyao also strengthen the rural highway construction and management of maintenance which made a large ascension in quantity and quality. In order to further ensure the service quality and investment benefit of rural highway, the maintenance management and maintenance quality evaluation exploration has been an urgent topic.Based on the definition and characteristic of rural highways, this paper analysis the status quo and existing problem of system and fund in current Yuyao rural highway maintenance management. Then it analysis the rural highway maintenance quality evaluation by qualitative and quantitative. Finally,drawing lessons from other provinces and cities, this paper takes Simen as an example, put forward the perfect measures of rural highway management maintenance and maintenance quality evaluation for Yuyao.This paper analysis and study the rural highway maintenance management and maintenance quality evaluation. It has a certain guilding significance to realize rural highway management maintenance’s standardization and modernization.
