With the computer and net technology's development, monolithic processor technology and fieldbus technology are broadly applied in the elevator control system, the article has mainly studied the main controller's design of the elevator control system in the elevator micro-control system based on CAN bus. The article has elaborated the elevator control strategy, and then described how to adopt the 80C196 and CPLD to carry out the elevator control function from hardware and software two parts and access the goal of reasonable dispatching elevators . The article explains the hardware connet circuit in details, and the software part is programmed from top to bottom ,and every module is independent ,so that this design makes the main controller of the elevator control system easy to realize the program's expansion and modification. The communication of CAN bus replaces the string communication, making the main controller of the elevator control system better real-time reflection ability. Moreover, the anti- interference measure of the system adoption, makes the elevator control system more safe and more stable .The textual key and difficulty is that using simple but valid method has carried out the complicated elevator control logic and has circulated successfully in the field . The last part of this paper gives a prospect about the improvement and perfection of the main controller of the elevator control system.
