Study On Application Of Standardization Management To Maintenance Management System For Power Plant Equipment

With the development of generation techniques, it is becoming diversified,systematic and intelligentized, which need improve the maintenance management levelaccordingly. By studying the standardization management of equipment maintenance indifferent electricity corporations, the disorder of maintenance technology andmaintenance management can be corrected, and the whole level of maintenancemanagement can be enhanced. Finally the foundation is laid for marketization andinternationalization of power plant equipment maintenance.A standardized mode of management on power plant equipment maintenance isresearched in this thesis: constituting standard --controlling standardized process --evaluating standardized test --emending standard. The detailed application mode ofstandardized management on quality, safety and technics management in maintenanceprocess is presented. Then the standardized management of equipment informationmanagement, maintenance standard designing, schedule, carrying out and evaluation inmaintenance management system for power plant equipment is analyzed. On the basis ofthe above research, a maintenance management system for power plant equipment isdesigned based on maintenance standard database and application software isdevelopped. Using this system, the maintenance management level of generationcorporations would be dramatically improved.
