The Research On The Substation Equipment Maintenance Project Management Of Liaocheng Power Plant

This paper, under the theme of modern equipment management theory, deeply researches and explores the developing strategies on optimal condition-based maintenance situations for coal-fired power plant aiming to truly master the equipment status, extend the maintenance intervals scientifically, improve the reliability of power generation equipment, reduce the cost of generation and enhance the core competencies of the corporation. Based on the investigations on condition-based maintenance at home and aboard, this paper analyses the current condition of the condition-based maintenance implementation, points out the necessary and feasible implement of condition-based maintenance at Liaocheng Power Plant's equipment maintenance.Setting up mathematical model of the Power Plant based on the theory of reliable management, analyzing and forecasting the reliability of the plant equipments. And design management mode of the Liaocheng Power Plant's condition-based maintenance. Last but not least, the paper introduces the basic principles and schemes of condition-based maintenance in Liaocheng Power Plant.
