A larger of simulation calculation are processed by changingall kind of parameters,in order to optimize the methods, at last some viablemethods are applied during test developing. The second, a great deal test wereprocessed to prove these method, for example the fuel injection system isoptimized, different inlet air system is compared including turbocharger andinlet air port, engine performance with different combustion bowl is compared.To gather the best method then the test is processed. According to the testingdata, the developing target was met, for instance, the fuel consumption is cutdown, the smoke is reduced, Euro â…¡ emission regulation is met.A basis module of B series engine is built. It will be the base of other Bengine to be developed, at the same time, it will offer a development platformfor B series engine.
