The building of the modern large-span cable-stayed bridge makes progress in the design theory of the structural analysis and the construction technology, meanwhile, it makes the construction supervision of the large-span cable stayed bridge become an important research topic.The construction supervision is making the cable-stayed bridge achieve the design expectation just after construction through controlling the inner force and the line forms of the structure in constructing and constructed state. Based on the construction supervision of the Jinzhou Binhai large span bridge engineering, this paper mainly introduces the calculation of the construction state in the construction supervision and the stress measurement in the state of variable's measurement.The calculation of the construction state is a course of simulation analysis with certain accuracy for the construction of bridge and the design state by the reasonable model and the effective structure analysis method. Through establishing the plane-calculating model, this paper firstly analyses the inner force of the main beam under the rational cable force, then according to the construction characteristics it takes the construction emulating analysis to the bridge. In the construction emulating analysis, the influence that the order and the times of tensioning take to the initial construction cable force is mainly discussed in the paper, the it puts forward the control methods of one time stretch for cable force in the construction. Besides, the paper simply introduces the influence matrix method of the adjustment of cable forces after construction and the droops affections for cable forces.The stress is reflected by the strain, it can easily obtain the strain of the concrete by using extensometer in construction. However, the metrical data that measured in the construction site include the transient strain while loading, temperature strain, the concrete creep strain and shrinkage strain. So they must be departed from each other while date handling. Especially, how to depart the concrete creep strain and shrinkage strain is the most important problem. Through some other measures the strains are successfully departed in the paper, and according to the metrical data it investigates the rule of the shrinkage and creep of the concrete structure.
