In the cantilever construction of the long-span PC continuous rigid-frame bridge, construction supervision has become one necessary part of all. Because the shrinkage and creep of material have important affection on the construction tension and transformation, especially on the process of construction supervision, they have been paid great attention by bridge experts and some researches. Owing to researches in these fields are in its prime inside the nation and out, the results are still lack in the process of construction supervision.This paper will explain detailedly the concrete shrinkage and creep mechanism, the effect factors, the calculation theories with methods, and establish the computer module of construction supervision. On the basis of shrinkage and creep tests, the affection of the concrete' s shrinkage and creep on the construction supervision is analyzed particularly, the results had been applied on the construction supervision of Luo River Bridge and have the great value to the other similar bridge type. |
