| In order to study actuality of Concrete-filled steel Tubular arch bridge and the questions, based on the engineering of "JIU JIU BRIDGE IN HUZHOU CITY", structure analysis during the construction procedure, construction of pre-stress on collar beam and control of tension in suspender and control of the construction for Concrete-filled Steel Tubular arch bridge have been studied in this paper.First, Plane model of Concrete-filled Steel Tubular arch bridge was set up by finite element analysis software for bridge structure to analyze structure during the construction procedure. Based on the structure's analysis of the construction, the development of stress and displacement during construction was predicted to provide direction for actual construction.Second, the effect of pre-stress on collar beam was studied. Base on the study, construction procedure of the pre-stress on collar beam was optimized, and the target of optimization aimed at minimizing the maximum stress during construction.Third, the model of optimization for suspenders' tension in Concrete-filled Steel Tubular arch bridge was set up. Suspenders' tension in finished state and during the construction was optimized by Least Bend Energy Theoretic. And the paper analyzed structure performance of Concrete-filled steel Tubular arch bridge when suspenders' tension was optimized.Finally, according to the idea of the construction mechanics, the paper also researched on the course of stretching suspender of Concrete-filled Steel Tubular arch bridge. Considering about interrelationship in the stretching suspenders and support's self-demountable, the suspenders' initial tension in course of the first time stretching procedure and adjustment was computed by the method of Influence matrix. Thepaper analyzes several sequences of the stretching suspenders which are frequently used in engineering constructions, and find the best sequence for the project. |
