For it so many merits of high carrying capacity,upstanding plasticity and toughness,construction convenience and so on,CFT(Concrete filled steel tube)is being applied extensively in the engineering practice.It solves the two main problems of the application of arch bridge high-strength materials and the construction of arch bridge at the same time.However,there are faults in the design theories and corresponding specifications because that is a short time since this new type is applied to actual projects.In order to ensure bridges safety and normal use,it is very necessary to control construction course of CFST arch bridges strictly.This paper took a railway concrete-filled steel tube skeleton arch as the backdrop,the three–dimensional space model of the bridge was simulated with finite element software MIDAS.The simulation analysis of the performance of the bridge in construction of the military beams arching stage,hollowing tube stage,gradually pouring concrete on the arch skeleton stage,construction of the towers on the arch stage,hanging beams stage and loading on the completed bridge stage was carried out.The results show that the linearity,stress and stability of each stage are within the control range,and the construction is well controlled.During the construction of the temporary arch,the stress in the arch foot is complicated,so the monitoring process should be strengthened.There is a stress concentration in the vicinity of the cable,and the connection between the cable and the bar should be strengthened.The stability of the structure is the main factor in the construction of the outer wrapped concrete.Sub-section of pouring outer wrapped concrete can effectively control the stress and stability of the arch ring.The load is mainly borne by the upper and lower chords,and the stress is larger.To ensure the safety and stability of the arch rib in the construction,the construction of spandrel building should follow the principle of loading symmetrically and uniformly,if necessary,spandrel building can be phased,interspersed for construction.The results can provide the theoretical basis for the actual construction and it can also provide reference for similar projects.
