On The Intelligent System Of A Five-Star Hotel-Imperial Phenix

This paper is dedicated to a detailed investigation into the design of Intelligent Systems in hotels. The exploration of Intelligent Building is accomplished through a careful and in-depth probing of the conceptions and approaches a designer might resort to in designing such subsystems as Communication System, Radiovision and Satellite-TV, Conference, Electronic Information System, Building Automation System, Fire Auto-alarm System, Emergent Public Broadcasting, Security Alarm System, Intelligent Management System, Office Automation System, VOD (Vedio & Audio Program Order ) System, Integration of Building Automation System, Intelligent Operation Center and Power Supply, and the Thunder-proofing and Earthing of the whole Automation System. Complying with the National Standard, this paper is meant to organically associate advanced conceptions with a designing instance—the Intelligent System of Five-star Hotel Imperial Phenix designed by the author. With sound thoretical systems and the availability of reliable equipments, design of Imperial Phenix is examplified by illustrations to reveal the development, categorization and components of Intelligent Architecture. The focus is on the fourteen subsystems and the appendices are the design drawings.
