The Analysis Methods Of Chassis And Research On Similarity

Firstly,this paper collectes lots of data and information about chassis,and expatiates the analysis methods and research status about all of systems of chassis,puts forward the conception and theory of the graphic method and elastic coefficient method;erects the mathematic model of the chassis by illation , calculating and analyzing. Secondly,using the graphic method and elastic coefficient method to analyse the different mathematic models,summarise the different parameters influence property and level of aim-parameters or index.Furthermore,it makes sure the best orientation and puts forward the best improvement measure of the system or mathine.The result proves that the research method is useful and valuable to vehicle design or retrofit design.In the end,this paper introduces the theoretical basis of similarity engineering.Using the methods of similarity analysis and similarity measure to calculate the similarity of all of system structure models of chassis,improves the similarity through changing the similarity eigenvalue.This method is useful to design for serialized,versatile and individualized automobile products.
