In this dissertation, the similarity measure method for complex mechanical products and similarity software developmentment techonogy based on object-oriented method are researched. The advance of similarity measure domestic and foreign is studied. Presented subjective weight assignment method based on fuzzy theory of binary constraction, simplified the calculation and facilitated engineering application. Associated with optimizing theory, given subjective and objective synthesized weight coefficient, using both mechanical experts experience knowledge and product system objective information, advanced the comprehensiveness of weight assignment.The synthetic similarity measure method for complex mechanical products is presented, and it overcomes the shortage of traditional measure method, which only measures the accurate similarity and ingores the fuzzy similarity. Presented the tree struct of complex system, facilitated the computer to express and handle system information. Using object-oriented method, developed the similarity measure software, implemented the similarity measure method and processes in this paper.Through associating subjective experience knowledge and objective products information, associating accurate similarity and fuzzy similarity, enhanced scientificity and comprehensiveness of complex mechanical product system similarity measurement. Through software development, improved the efficiency of informaton organization and similarity calculation, improved the efficiency of products designing and manufacturing.
