Product shape is an important part in product modeling.It not only can express the function and structure of product,but also can reflect the style and characteristic of product.It is the most direct way to reflect the product's perceptual factor.When companies launch products,they often make the brand's products have a certain relevance,that is inherit the brand's genes,the formation of long-lasting and powerful impact.In order to avoid plagiarism of the product,and being plagiarizedthere should be a feasible product morphological similarity evaluation model.In this paper,a set of evaluation methods of morphological similarity of products is proposed based on the theories of Systematic Engineering,Perceptual Engineering,Graphics,and Similarity.The examples are used to verify the design of family series products and the judgment of product infringement Has a certain guiding significance.The main research includes the following three parts:First,product shape similarity studies.Research on similar concept,principle,classification,application and so on,and explore the similar essence with systematic thought.From the similar field of application,this paper analyzes the research status of the similarity of graphics in the aspects of image recognition technology,brand building and intellectual property determination of product form.To explore the general rules and steps of similar use: to compare the extraction of image features,the construction of similar elements and the calculation of the similarity of similarity models,and to analyze and summarize some common methods used in each step.Second,product shape similarity calculation.Establish a scientific evaluation model of product shape similarity to avoid the drawbacks that individual subjective opinion dominated in decision-making process.It is divided into the following steps:firstly,the weight of each morphological element of the study sample is obtained by quantitative class ? theory;secondly,the shape similarity,the similarity of the dimensions,the similarity of the position,and the angle similarity corresponding to each morphological element represented by the vector space model are compared.Then,the total similarity of the comparative products is obtained by the weighted summation method,and the results are analyzed and summarized.Finally,the morphological similarity of the obtained products is compared with the similarity results obtained by the expert evaluation and verified.Third,using the similarity in product design.The product shape similarityevaluation of the models developed in this study is based on the similarity theory in product design and other application illustration.The change trend of similarity calculation,the weight of the product gene family from generation to generation prediction research and confirm the optimal interval similarity,which can help designers to modify the original product and innovation,to help decision-makers of more systematic and scientific concept of scheme for optimization.
