In order to shorten the developing period, so that can cut down cost, a typical way in automobile industry is to model and analyze a dummy prototype in design stage. But this method is limited that it can only offer technician data and spline, it's not intuitionistic. We are writing this paper to introduce the developing of an intuitionistic experiment system in which technician is able to learn the ride comfort of a vehicle by seeing, hearing, and even touching. At the beginning, a dummy vehicle experiment plate based on DirectX was established. Then, using multi body dynamics software, we built a dummy prototype and analyze it on a random-height road, so that some vibration data obtained, which are imported to the experiment plate. For that the data imported into experiment plate is taken from driver's position and the view point is set also on driver seat, the ride comfort sense when technician run this system will just likes as he is driving a real vehicle. Furthermore, we developed software to estimate the vehicle's ride comfort according to the result data of ADAMS. This estimating software will provide technician with a number which can guide them in improving vehicle ride comfort.
