In the past few years, Tianjin city that is the second city in north China.Since 2000, State Department sucessively implemented 4 times to transpant Yellow-River water to TianJin. The channel length of water transfer project from Yellow River to Tinjin is 580 kilometres and the channel in Hebei province is 335 kilometres. The channel type is so multiplicity that transpot water attemper is very difficult. Water conveyance capacity of water transfer project from Yellow River to Tinjin need to lucubrate ,because it come down to setting down water transfer scheme in reason.Channels of water transfer project from Yellow River to Tinjin is so multiplicity ,so roughness and seepage parameter along the channel also vary .For computing in reason water conveyance capacity of water transfer system ,we compartmentalize the channel to six reachs.we calculate roughness of six channels in steady transpot water phasewe make use of Davis-Wilson formula to compute the channel seepage and calculate seepage parameter according to transpot water data, we establish the seepage formula in unsteady freedom phase and apply equality test measure to work out seepage parameter in early transpot water phase.On the base of obtainning the roughness and seepage parameter, we apply unsteady flow model to simulate water conveyance process and calculate water conveyance capacity of channel in Hebei.The reseach findings of this paper will provide guidance for water transfer project from Yellow River to Tinjin.
