The Yellow River to Baiyangdian Lake Projectis a cross-flow water transfer project to alleviate the water shortage in Hebei region,to supplement agricultural irrigation and groundwater,and to promote the virtuous cycle of Baiyangdian wetland ecosystem.Hebei province is the key area of Yellow River diversion project.The main water transmission line is 398 km.The water distribution system is complex that 18 water outlets for dispatch.Baiyangdian ecological water demand is large,along the wide range of agricultural water,need to adjust the relationship between water supply.In order to optimize the water supply scheduling of the project better,the water conveyance characteristics and operation scheme of Hebei section are analyzed.(1)Based on the flow movement process of Water Transfer from Yellow River to Baiyangdian Lake Project,the main trunk lines in Hebei Province are divided into six sections.We used grey correlation method to inquire into the flow propagation time imitate the flow Evolution process of main Water Transmission Line in Hebei Province District by Muskingum method,and used the inverse time series inversion to calculate the flow rate that should be achieved in the upstream when the downstream diversion flow is satisfied.The total length of time is about 12 days.According to the water diversion time of each diversion port,there are 17 kinds of water diversion combinations.The water requirements into Hebei Province are inversely calculated.The results are basically consistent with the actual situation.Under the requirements of pumping capacity of Dashuliu pumping station that only supply the water to Baiyangdian are 15 m3/s,20 m3/s,25 m3/s,30 m3/s,the flow(or the stage)of water in Hebei Province shall be 37 m3/s(47.32 m)?47 m3/s(47.41 m)?59 m3/s(47.50 m)?69 m3/s(47.57 m),respectively.(2)In water distribution indicators,when the adjustable water quantity of the Yellow River diversion is insufficient,it will be given to ensuring the ecological water supply of Baiyangdian,and the agricultural water supply is reduced in the same proportion.Water distribution from the Yellow River diversion outlet to Baiyangdian is maintained at 255 million m3.In the low flow year of the Yellow River,the water supply for agriculture is reduced to 305 million m3.In the high flow year,the water supply for Baiyangdian ecological water and agricultural irrigation can be increased on year-on-year basis.The water supply for the Yellow River diversion can increase to 280 million m3,the agricultural water can increase to 400 million m3.In particular,nine kinds of water source areas and different levels of water distribution schemes are formed.(3)In water intake of hebei water receiving area,the storage parameters of different sections and different flow rates are obtained by using the Muskingum method trough storage equation.And then the corresponding water storage amount is obtained water diversion flows is obtained.The total water storage capacity of the channel is 39.13 million m3,according to the calculation results of 2018 water flow,which is similar to the real value of about 40 million m3 of water stored in the channel.For water-receiving area and water storage project,there is surplus after the annual water supply of abundant and flat water in water source area meets the water supply of winter irrigation during winter irrigation.The water supply in Handan,Hengshui and Cangzhou in dry flow year is insufficient in the scope of regulation and storage project.During the non-winter irrigation period,the amount of water in Handan area exceeds the storage capacity of the water storage project,and the excess water can be distributed to Xingtai storage area or open water outlet for ecological water supply along the line.(4)In combination with the local storage project of the water distribution scheme,Baiyangdian ecological water use and the agricultural water demand of Yellow River diversion irrigation area,a targeted water distribution scheme is formulated.In the low flow year of hebei region,from November 6th to December 9th,the water distribution in winter irrigation water-receiving areas along the route was carried out.From December 12th to February 28th,the water diversion along the route was closed,and all the water was used to replenish the ecological water in Baiyangdian.In normal flow year,the water supply time of Baiyangdian is 22 December-28 February.The high flow year's time is 12 January-28 February.And at other times,the water was storaged for Agricultural Irrigation in Spring.
