In recent years, because of its advantages such as high bearing capacity and stiffness and excellent seismic performance, engineering practices have shown that steel-concrete composite structures have been used more and more in large-span structure and high-rise buildings and so on. But the research about this structure under construction loads isn't perfect at present. This paper analyses the loads of SRC (steel-reinforced concrete) member in construction phase. These loads include the followings aspects: deadweight of concrete, weight of template and operator and construction machines, vibrating concrete.Based on normal section bending bearing capacity analysis of SRC composite beam, this paper presents computational methods of normal section bearing capacity of SRC.In order to know mechanical performance of SRC beam thoroughly in construction phase, it is very essential to carry out nonlinear finite element analysis. Applying finite analysis software ANSYS, this paper simulates construction load of SRC beam. This paper adopts separate-finite element model, Different element types are used in the models to simulate section steel and reinforcement steel. At the process of dealing with bonding problems between section steel and reinforced concrete, good bonding ability between them is considered in this paper, there is not relative slip. At the same time, according to calculated results, bearing capacity and deformation performances of SRC in construction phase are studied. By changing section dimension, position of section steel, influence characteristics of these factors are given out, some valuably advices are brought forward. As it is applied far and wide, SRC structure will play an important role in various kinds of structures such as factory buildings, large-span railway (highway) bridges, urban overpass, tall buildings, marine engineering and so on. Owning to its construction complexity, it is difficult to bring forward systemic construction methods.
