Study On The Intelligent Temperature Controlling System In The Car Air-condition

Intelligent temperature control system of car air condition is a device which can actualize car air temperature adjusting automatically, and make the car air temperature satisfy the comfortable need of passenger rapidly and correctly.Almost all car air-Condition controllers are manual mechanisms interiorly. The intelligent temperature controlling system of car air-condition is designed and realized based on microprocessor AT89C52 after refering to the volume of relevant documents and studying the special system structure of car air-condition which integrates refrigeration and warm into whole.This dissertation analyzes the compound Fuzzy-PID theories about controlling algorithm. It expatiates how to apply this reason to the electromotor of Air-mixing Damper of car intelligent temperature controlling system. The temperature control system is investigated in this thesis. Theoretical analysis and simulative experimental investigation are combined to disclose real-time control of car indoor temperature, which is the theoretical foundations to research on car air conditioning controller and improves the technology of car air conditioning control.Finally, the software algorithms are developed based on compound Fuzzy-PID logic system using assemble language in car temperature controlling controllers. The validities of algorithms are verified by experiments.
