The Study On A Multi-Media Training System Of New Type Passenger Vehicle Brake Set

The analysis of training status home and abroad has been done to show the security problems appeared in the modern traffic equipment usage. The railroad technology is developed rapidly, but there is lack of personnel with corresponding ability. Further more, the effect of employee training can not be satisfying because of single training method and lack of teachership. A novel training system based on model 25 carriage brake set, which consists of the brake set controlled by a computer and the multimedia facility, has been developed to make full use of education and equipment resource and handle the modern teaching method into employee technical training .The efficiency and effect of training could be improved essentially by this system, which could be a supporter to increase the ability of employee of carriage system and enhance the modernization and information level of the training of railroad employee. The study of the model 25 brake set has been done to emulate and display the processing the variation of structure, the treatment of trouble, which combined the real set controlled by computer with the multimedia player. Hardware and emulation of it, realization method, control theory, display multimedia, softeware design are also analyzed to find the better junction of semi-material evaluation system. A set has been built up to realize the action controlled by the display on the computer and multimedia, which gives a colorful and dramatic picture to get better training effect.
