The detecting system of railway out of gauge is established in this paper. Based on analysis of the location planning and the function of each module. This paper try to establish the detecting system of railway out of gauge, which uses the technique of infrared and video-camera, in order to provide new method for railway out of gauge detecting. For the detecting system takes the train dynamic running state as the research background, the detecting system is a dynamic, real-time and multi-factor interactive system, and the difficulty of system detecting and controlling increases with the time lapsing. The paper contains the following issues:(1) On the ground of the infrared technique and the image processing technology, this paper establishes the detecting system of railway out of gauge, and builds the feasible model for this system, then analyses the model to draw to a feasible conclusion;(2) Based on the analysis of the location condition and the setting principle of the detecting system of railway out of gauge, the location model and arithmetic are discussed from network and node two aspects;(3) After giving the definition of the dynamic out of gauge, the paper analyses the cause and harm of the dynamic out of gauge, and dissertates its model and arithmetic;(4) This paper analyzes the hardware structure of the detecting system of railway out of gauge, and expatiates the setting of each part;(5) After analyzing the models of the detecting system of railway out of gauge, the paper presents the work principle and the function of each module;(6) The management information system for the detecting system of railway out of gauge is introduced. The key technologies in it, including the remote data transfer mode, the network design of supervising center, and the database design are described.
