Through the introduction of advanced technology and management theory and methods to improve product quality, and to meet all the needs of users, it has a positive effect on promoting social harmony, and enhancing independent.This article is based on project quality management theory and method of PDCA cycle, combined with advanced dynamic double-front-axle commercial vehicle testing technology, analysis of FAW Auto Group to improve product quality and the presence of the actual needs of the quality problem, the corresponding solutions. Further on this project through the application of environmental analysis, study the characteristics of the project. On the pre-and post-project work flow, combined with theoretical and methodological PDCA launched a comprehensive exposition of the project work plan and break down the project implementation and enforcement, the effect of the implementation of the project examination and continuous improvement projects etc. a detailed study. PDCA methods and applications in the commercial area of the situation, and its use in project implementation and control of the process consider the issues and concluded. Finally the project quality management PDCA methods of quality control are applied to actual projects, and it solves the problem of serious quality defects of tyres.In this paper, the first chapter is devoted to the environmental analysis of the quality management project in the commercial application of dynamic testing.
