| Scroll compressor as a new type displacement compressor, possessing characteristics of high efficiency, small bulk, light weight, low noise, simple structure and working smoothly etc, is widely used in refrigeration and air-conditioning units. Therefore, it is quite important to investigate inherent structure, working process and the whole performance of scroll compressor as well as its matching in the whole refrigeration system. In this paper, based on researching status about refrigeration Scroll compressor, adopt theoretical analysis integrated with experimental validation methods, modeling simulation and optimal design is implemented into Scroll compressor .Researching background, domestic and international researching status and key technology progresses about Scroll compressor are detailedly expatiated. On the basis of this, through investigating scroll meshing basic geometry theory, under the condition of rationally simplified hypothesis, distributed parameters geometry model, controlling model, refrigerant thermophysical properties model and heat transfer model etc of a scroll compressor are established to simulate the working process of refrigeration scroll compressor in order to analyze the effects of the scroll compressor configuration on the refrigeration and air-conditioning system.Refrigeration system configuration and working process of refrigerant in each component are expatiated. The chief properties of refrigeration system are analyzed according to lgp-h. The key factors influencing refrigeration scroll compressor are ascertained. Finally a mathematical model for optimal design is built. Genetic algorithm is used to sovle the problem of optimal design for the orbiting and fixed scroll. Compared to other optimal methods, Genetic algorithm can solve discrete and complex non-linear problem. Genetic algorithm is one of the whole probability searching methods which imitates the processes of biology inheritance and evolution in entironment. The purpose is to make refrigeration scroll compressor's EER value maximum .Origination backgrounds and categories of scroll compressor with economizer for refrigeration is gived. Their working processes and characteristics are analyzed refering to flow chart and circle chart. The cycle can work well by both routine and quasi-two stage modes, and has good economical performance under the circumstance of general condition and low ambient temperature condition when refrigerating/heating. Considering the disadvantages of traditional scroll compressor through compensating vapor in the course ofcompression, a new scroll compressor configuration suit to refrigeration system with economizer is given, and its working process is comprehensively analyzed.Based on reliability analysis of scroll compressor system, Interval coefficient reliability optimization mathematical model of scroll compressor system is given, And non-linear interval programming model is turned into equivalent non-linear programming model with two goals. On the basis of this, the basic idea of using Genetic Algorithm to find out the solution set of the problem is explained. With the constraints of volume, weight and total cost, making the serviceability of whole system maximum, the reliability experiment for scroll compressor is maded, through analyzing its performance parameters according to testing datas, The results show that the reliability of scroll compressor system meets the demand. |
