Analog Simulation Of The Virtual Maintenance

Virtual maintenance system, based on virtual reality technology, changes the job mode of conventional maintenance. It is a kind of maintenance mode that can solve product failure by virtual technology under the environment of the virtual reality. Virtual maintenance system adopts the core technology of virtual reality, we can realize the vivid repairing process in the computer screen, estimated statement of repairing, thus improve the ability of maintenance staff in worksite, ensure that we can get a higher quality of maintenance and efficiency of maintenance when the machine breakdown happens.Firstly, this paper introduces and analyzes the general architecture of virtual maintenance system and the associated technologies in implementing a realistic virtual maintenance system, and profoundly researches into the theory of the three-dimensional modeling of the product, assembly sequence, assembly path and fault diagnosis.Secondly, it is supposed that the assembly and the disassembly are a pair of reversible operations, so assembly planning can use the method of disassembly. The assembly sequence and the path planning are analyzed through human and computer interaction. The disassembly process of the product is simulated Rounded assembly modeling is the base of the whole virtual maintenance system. I detailedly researches the assembly modeling under the environment of the Unigraphics software, which bases on Feature-based Modeling,Finally, this paper established the assembly modeling of reducer casing under the environment of the UG software, previewed the maintenance space and simulated virtual disassembly process. The results will supply references in the future.
