Abstract/Summary:
Along with energy shortage and environment pollutions are more and more serious, Gasoline engine with small displacement in vehicles are restricted by the developing emission control regulations while it attracts more and more sights. The performances of the low-displacement gasoline engine of motorcycle have been studied. In this paper we introduced the technology phytogeny of the motorcycle engine and the evolutionary process of emission regulations at the beginning. The present status of electronic control injection technology at home and abroad and the technical proposal to each kind of emission standard were also described.According to the technical characters of four stroke simple cylinder air cooling K.157FM motorcycle gasoline engine, the construction and executive plan of monitoring system to fit experiments on motorcycle electronic control injection were investigated, the monitoring system of motorcycle gasoline engine system with small displacement has been developed successfully. Data inspecting, saving, monitoring parameters real-timely and modifying injection and ignition parameters factitiously can be realized by communicating with ECU via RS-232C serial interface. Analyzing data, obtaining the best work nodes and drawing maps can also be realized by this system.The system's reliability and stability were also considered. We adopt hardware and software anti-jamming measures to deal with interferences caused by ignition, power-supply fluctuation and grounding.
