Less fuel economy of the WJ1E68FM2 gasoline engine make its holder hard to accept it,and also its higher exhaust emission is limited by the national emission standard and regulations. So the circulation of WJ1E68FM2 gasoline engine is declining year by year, which has caused bad effect to the development of the factory.Based on these reason, there put forward to tap the electronic fuel injection technology to improve the WJ1E68FM2 gasoline engine for the goal that spare the fuel and decline the exhaust emission. In the text ,there analyzes the process of the mixture air and fuel in the two stroke gasoline engine and bring forward the specific solution to the improvementsing gasoline engine the high-press direct in-cylinder injection.this technology sprays the feul into the cylinder after the outlet vavle closed and scavengs the engine cylinder with pure and fresh air, which avoid the fuel escapes unburned. The theorys and the experiments proved that the high_press direct in_cylinder injection is one of the effective ways to solve the fuel escapes unburned.Following the demand of the electronic fuel injection system, there has designed the adapted hardware .improved the WJ1E68FM2 gasoline engine, done many bentch tests and experiments the reliability on the 16000KM road. The result from the theorys and the experiments show that, compared with the carburetor engine, the electronic fuel injection WJ1E68FM2 gasoline engine has obviously improve on the fuel economy and exhaust emission.standard.There will make a solid foundation for the survival and development of the WJ1E68FM2 gasoline engine.
