In view of the necessity for further improvement of the existing operation order system (OOS) with respect to the independent system developed for specific dispatching and implementing unit, lack of intelligence, this paper proposes a novel approach by utilizing the sub operating task to integrate the complicated operating task, to realize the integration of dispatching operation, centralized-controlling substation operation, substation operation in operation parse and conformity. The reasoning machine can abstract the character of operation, so it can make self-driven study to improve the reasoning mechanism, by the utilizing the template sub operation task. Therefore the universality, intelligence and user maintainability can be improved. This paper proposes the use of operational tasks son combination to generate complex operational tasks, from the operation of the task analysis, integrating perspective to achieve coordinated scheduling, centralized control, general operating substation counting system.
