With increasing enlargement of roadheader's application, peopleput forward more request to its cutting ability. For improving its cuttingability, many countries have made much attempt and research, there isno doubt, it is a new and effetive way on improving cutting ability byusing vibra-cuting technology . a new type of vibra-cutting mechanismof roadheader was studied systematically in the paper The following arethe main contents:In the light of defect of compound transmission's vibra-cuttingmechanism, a new type of vibra-cutting mechanism is put forward, itstransmission system and structure is studied;Dynamic model of thenew type of vibra-cutting mechanism of roadheader without loading isestablished by way of Lagrange equation, and the equation is solved bycomputer Through analysis to data and emulational curve, movementrule of vibra-cutting mechanism without loading is drawn.After analyzing dynamic characteristic of vibra-cutting mechanismwithout loading, its dynamic characteristic under loading is furtheranalyzed. First dynamic model of vibra-cutting mechanism ofroadheader under loading is established, then the differential equation issolved;According to factual design parameter of roadheader, movementdifferential equation is simplified, its analytic result is drawn.Then onthese basis, theory analysis is made, amplitude-frequency responsecurve is drawn;In order to prevent meshing vibration frequency of gearfrom closing to intrinsic frequency which would make situation of gearworse ,dynamic optional design on planetary drive was made .
