With the improvement of people’s material life, packaging and printing is more and moreattention by people, and die cutting machine is also to the way of rapid development. Diecutting machine is one of the important processing and shaping equipment, and has the effectof increasing product added value. Die cutting machine is composed of feeding part, moldingand stamping parts, stripping section, stacking section, intermittent feed mechanism, etc. Themolding and stamping part of which is the core of the automatic die cutting machine parts,and the die-cutting machine performance depends on the performance of the molding andstamping. So far, most of the die cutting machine produced by the die cutting machinemanufacturers is using double toggle lever mechanism as the transmission system of themolding and stamping parts, its feature to improve the speed and stability of the wholemachine has a crucial impact.To start with, an explanation was made of die cutting machine, and also accounted for itscurrent development at home and abroad and the research achievements. What’s more, thesimple elaboration was made of each unit of the actuator of the die-cutting machine, and alsothe affection of the die-cutting machining accuracy, processing speed and performance offactors such as the stability and reliability of the machine were explained. Finally, a newmodel of die-cutting mechanism was suggested based on the research of the die cuttingmachine double toggle lever mechanism, from the perspective of die cutting indentationprocess and mobile platform movement stability of the die-cutting machine and analyses theexisting die cutting system and combined with the using problems of the types of die cuttingmachines existed. Kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of the double toggle levermechanism and the new main die-cutting mechanism used ADAMS. We can see through thecontrast that the new main die-cutting mechanism not only has good stability, and the holdingtime is longer obviously, which has better manufacturability. This article also has carried on the optimized design of new model of die-cutting mechanism, so that it achieves a bestbalance in the base of well movement stability and high die cutting indentationmanufacturability.If this research subject can be adopted in the factory and entered the stage ofindustrialization, it will bring better economic benefits for the factory, because not only thelife of the die cutting machine can be improved, but also it can enlarge its range of processing.
