At present, the domestic mass spectrometry mainly depends on import.It's urgent to develop mass spectrometry with independent intellectualproperty, especially small gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Duringthe development of small mass spectrometry, developing a testing softwareplatform for the measurement and control system can offer a developmentand debugging method for measurement and control system developmentand can reduces the work load of instrument application development soas to reduce the development cycle of measurement and control systemand application. It has a necessity and a long-term application value. Thissubject derive form the "15" national science and technology key taskproject "Research and Development of Chromatography MassSpectrometry". The research content is to develop a testing softwareplatform for the measurement and control system of GC-Q and GC-Trapdeveloped by the project. The technology applied in this paper and theachievements of this paper have a reference value to the development ofsmall mass spectrometry.GC-MS measurement and control system testing software platformmainly fulfils the function test and performance test of GC-MSmeasurement and control system main module. According to thecharacteristic of GC-MS measurement and control system and its testingdemands, testing software platform is divided to a synthesis platformdeveloped on Microsoft VC++ and a performance parameter testingplatform for 16-bit synchronized ADC circuit.The synthesis testing platform mainly solves the problem of realizingthe function test and performance test of GC-MS measurement and controlsystem based on the Ethernet communication. Test function developmentbased on network agreement programming. The network agreementprogramming research content includes the programming method torealize TCP/IP communication based on Winsock, the research ofmeasurement and control system agreement system, realization ofmeasurement and control agreement pack and unpack. The test functiondevelopment is to finish the function test and the performance test,includes the RF module test, the AC signal module function test, the DAtest, the DO test and the data acquisition test according to the hard module,The research content includes the hardware module control flow and therealization of all test. The ion trap SWIFT dynamic link library is designedspecially for GC-Trap select ion Monitoring. It also help to test the arbitrarywaveform generation function of the AC signal module. The study ofSWIFT technology concentrate on the theory about using frequency rangephase modulation technology to reduce the time domain signal dynamicrange and the theory using the phase smooth technology to reduce powerloss. This article uses Matlab and the VC++ mix programming method torealize the SWIFT dynamic library development, and gives the method torealize static call and dynamic call for calling the DLL.16-bit synchronized ADC circuit performance parameter testingplatform is designed for the high speed data collection module test. Itsanalytic data is data collecting result of high speed data collection module,offered by the synthesis testing platform .The research content includestheoretic research on the static parameter test method based on statisticscalled code density histogram testing, the dynamic parameter test methodbased on frequency range analyze called spectrum testing and thedevelopment of ADC circuit performance parameter testing platform onLabVIEW.The GC-MS measurement and control system testing softwareplatform has been applied in the development of measurement and controlsystem. The synthesis testing platform has complete functions and is easyto operate. It has been used to guide the design of measurement andcontrol system. The SWIFT dynamic link library has been applied toGC-Trap select ion monitoring experiment by embedded in massspectrometry application and it has been proved to be effectual. 16-bitsynchronized ADC circuit performance parameter testing platform can teststatic and dynamic parameter and also can be used as a universal circuitperformance parameter evaluation tool.There are still some deficiencies in this testing platform. For example,the synthesis testing platform cannot be easily transplanted to theembedded system on motherboard to test hardware without influence ofnetwork state, and SWIFT dynamic link library must run with Matlab mathlibrary. These problems need to be solved later.
