| With the reducing of traditional energy sources,electric power crisis and the high pollution of traditional energy sources and etc., the generating system using the energy sources which can regenerate has being well developed, especially the wind generating system. There has been a new wind generating system called variable speed constant frequency(VSCF) system which is much more different from the constant speed constant frequency(CSCF) wind generating system in structures and principles since 1970s. In the VSCF system, the tip-speed ratio of wind turbine is almost retained at a constant value during a wide range of wind speed, which can improve the efficiency and stabilization of the system. It also can be connected to the grid without any voltaic strike. The VSCF wind generating system becomes more and more important because of its high efficiency and practicability. Besides, with the development of power electronics technology, control theory and microprocessor technology, a lot of new technology have appeared which impel the wind generating system using high voltage direct current transmission (HVDC). In this background, this paper studies a new type of squirrel-cage induction generator system, dual stator-winding induction generator system which can be used in the wind generating system.Firstly, the simulation model of dual stator-winding induction generator system is established by MATLAB. The work principle of dual stator-winding induction generator system, and the researches on practical application of dual stator-winding generator system are analyzed in detail. Aimed at the work condition of wide rotor speed and optimization of static reactive power generator's volume, the performance of dynamic state and static state and optimal control of high-voltage DC generator system based on dual stator-winding induction generator, are studied in this paper.
