Research And Application Of Aircraft Troubleshooting Support Technology Based On CBR

The troubleshooting of aircrafts is not only closely relative to the flight safety, but also directly or indirrectly has an important influence on operation benefit and social status of aircraft customer. The research of aircraft troubleshooting support technology based on CBR and its application would take effect on customer service and technology support ability of aircraft manufacturer. And aircraft operators will benefit from this research. At first evaluate the similarity of different aircraft models. It is the foundation of this paper because it can improve efficiency and veracity of retrieve. It includes the evaluation of aircraft-level similarity and the evaluation of system-level similarity. And establish the analysis model of fuzziness theory and grey incidence to evaluate the aircraft-level similarity. At the same time, establish the model of classical similarity theory to evaluate the system-level similarity. Then integrate the aircraft-level and system-level similarity to acquire the similar aircraft. The results show good by taking examples for these models.After that, study the key technology of aircraft troubleshooting support based on CBR. It includes the establishment of troubleshooting casebank that includes the case expression, casebank index strategy, and case storage. And it also includes retrieve, reuse, revise and retain of troubleshooting case. According to the reality of aircraft troubleshooting, detailedly introduce the method of establishment of casebank and take an example. And establish the model of case retrieve combining the matching technology of character fields with KNN method and take an example. Then establish the model of case revises based on variety drives. The examples for these models show that the results are quite good.And develop the software of aircraft troubleshooting support on the base of researches above. In this part, introduce software requirement, function, structure, database design and interface design.Finally, take the troubleshooting support of civil aero-engine for an example as the application of this paper. And validate case retrieve by operating the aircraft troubleshooting support software. It works well.
