The maintenance program must be prepared to insure the security and reliability before operating for the new type aircraft. It is the base and frame for airlines to determine preparatory maintenance policy and maintenance document, and is one of the based document insuring aircraft airworthiness.In the paper, the MSG-3 maintenance theory and the analysis methods of aircraft structure maintenance program are researched. Based on the our country civil aircraft manufacture technology and the condition for creating maintenance program, the aircraft structure damage assessing methods from MSG-3 is put to determine the task and period for aircraft structure check. At the same time, aimed at the huge workload, long times and complexity for creating aircraft structure maintenance program, the structure maintenance program assistant software system is designed and developed. Such can convenience applying the MSG-3 technology for professional and advance the maintenance program quality and efficiency, in favor of spreading MSG-3 applied to engineering. Using the software, analysis data management and maintenance, querying the data of similar type aircraft, MSG-3 analysis of structure item, automatic create report, report output and print etc can be carried out easily. The software is an effective facility for creating aircraft structure program.MRB passes the MRBR, which is developed by the manufacturer and airlines according to the airworthiness requirements and take effected by the Regulatory Authority for approval. CMR and ALI, which are obliged maintenance requirements, are all included in the MRBR or as appendix; the former is aimed at system and the latter at structure.In the aviation-engineering field, MSG-3 maintenance theory and application have the more and more important status. With compute technology developing, the study, application and generalizing for MSG-3 and compute assistant analysis software technology will be quicken.
