Maintenance Planning is the the collection of Logistic Support Analysis. It is one of It is used during the lifecyle of civil aircraft to guarantee its safety and economy.However, the present MP process still remains at the stage of guiding research, which hasn't possessed standardization and maneuverability. This dissertation mainly talks about the civil aircraft. The purpose is to improve the safety and economy of the aircraft. And MSG-3 Analysis, Maintenance Task Analysis and Level of Repair Analysis are mainly concerned in this paper. The mainly contents of the dissertation are as follows:(1) The method of establishing inspection intervals for new developed aircrafts is proposed by some maintenance program development policy and procedures handbooks of many types of aircrafts and some MRBR of some international mainly aircraft models, which includes confirming indexes for evaluation structure accidental damage, integrating the index rates by using improved AHP, and setting up the corresponding relations between rates and intervals. Finally, we used the significant structure item of aircraft as an example to verify the method.(2) The paper discusses the basic concept, theory and method of the durability and damage tolerance design.Because the crack growth is complicated and difficult to measure. First, we analyze the factors of crack growth. Second, the method of least square support vector machine is given out to predict crack growth in this paper. Finally, the prediction results of the optimized LS-SVM and neural network, ant colony optimization are compared, which shows that the LS-SVM model is feasible and accurate for the prediction of crack growth.(3) Disassembly sequence planning is one of the most important problems in Maintenance Task Analysis. To solve product disassembly sequence planning problem efficiently, product disassembly hybrid graph model, which describes the connection, non-connection and precedence relationships between the product parts, is established based on the characteristic of disassembly. All the feasible disassembly sequence is obtained through inference method. Further, the optimization model is provided to optimize disassembly sequence. And the solution methodology based on genetic algorithm with binary-tree algorithm is given out. Finally, an example is analyzed in detail, and the result shows that the model is correct and efficient.(4) Level of repair analysis (LORA) plays a significant role in support analysis of equipment. It is used during the design stage of equipment for analysis of the cost effectiveness of maintenance strategies. The method of establishing LORA non-economic evaluation for aircraft is proposed, which includes confirming indexes for evaluation, integrating the index rates by using analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis. Finally, an example is analyzed in detail for the method mentioned above and the result shows that the model is correct and effective.(5) the research and the application on the life cycle maintenance cost of LORA problem are still insufficient at present. And LORA economic evaluation models do not fit the characteristic of civil aircraft maintenance. In this paper, a three-echelon-three-indenture mathematical model for economic evaluation aircraft maintenance programming is presented. Further, the optimization model is provided to minimize the life cycle maintenance cost. And the solution methodology based on immunity-particle swarm is given out. And artificial immunity algorithm is used to help limit the tendency for premature convergence of particle swarm and to help escape from local optima. Finally, examples are analyzed in detail, the results show that the model is correct and reasonable.
