This thesis has carried out a new explore and try in the electrical power system calculating and the dynamic optimal dispatching domain. The content involves the aspect of power-flow calculation, incremental transmission losses, dynamic optimal dispatching of active power etc.Firstly, all kinds of power-flow algorithms are summed up systematically in this thesis, and on the same basis, the node-decoupled Newton-Raphson method is proposed. The calculating results of the case study indicate that this method is superior to new and old Gauss-Seidel method as well as the other simplifications and modifications methods, just only the iteration number is greater than the original Newton-Raphson method.Secondly, all kinds of incremental transmission losses algorithms are derived completely. And the merit and demerit of these algorithms are compared in detail through the analysis of the calculate example. So it creates a good condition for better understanding and research of these algorithms as well as applying them into dynamic optimal dispatch.Since the classical static optimal method ignores the dynamic constraints of each time interval, it is difficult to consider the current optimization dispatch needed by the change of load in the future. Thus, the optimization process has the limitation obviously, when facing the dynamic changing load. But the merit of fast calculation speed and the easy algorithm is still a strong attraction to the dynamic optimization dispatch. Based on the comprehensive analysis and research of the existing dynamic optimization dispatch theory and algorithm, the thesis proposes the strategy of dynamic via static optimization, offers the pre-analysis process of load curve, deals with the back-navigation-constraints properly, and then presents the look-ahead-constraints in classical method form, which has the obvious regulative function to the unit output. On the same basis, the complete model and algorithm of dynamic active power optimization dispatch in classical method are established and the detailed calculation steps and flowchart are produced. The proposed method has realized the connection with the...
