Research On Former Village Reform Under The Background Of New Rural Construction In The Central Region Of JiangXi

With the development of economy .the village has changed enormously in china. But backward infrastructure and confused overall arrangement influence intensify utilization to land, living environment construction and sustainable development. Carry on unified planning , reform and management become one of the key parts of new rural construction to the village.The former village reform belongs to habitation problem of villages and towns civilization, which has a certain background of new countryside build.Chapter2 in the thesis shows the relation between the rural urbanization and village reform, and the impact of the urbanization. And then through analyzing the question during the course of reform , propose the reform of the village should have been a sustainable development with resources and environment. It makes a near and long-term reformable goal that be combined with the actual conditions in the area. Founded on the base of systematic investigation Chapter3 deals with aspects: First, the formation, distribution in space types of villages, character of the area which need to build. Second, the envolution of villages and towns peasants residences. Third, residencial types in villages and towns. Through three aspects we can get overall knowledge of residential conditions to rural in the central region of jiangxi.This thesis pays respect to countermeasure of village reform. Therefore in Chapter4 it studies the effects of physical and social factors to village reform during different times. In the following chapter it presents planning ways to village reform in the central region of jiangxi mainly in four aspects: the relation between the design of former village reform and village space planning, reform and design principles. In next chapter we discuss the design of countryside housing household and the design of housing energy conservation, which put the research into realistic use.Through the research of former village reform, the thesis presents scientific and systemic consults and directions for reform in the central region of jiangxi.
