Testing System On Experimental Equipment Of Dry Gas Seal

The test—bed is one of the "211" projects and also services for the sub-item of ChinaPetroleum & Chemical Corporation-" Development of gas seal for centrifugalcompressor". In order to meet the needs of nowdays development in science and technology and change traditional experiments and observe and control the method, this subject leads advanced virtual instrument technology into the experiment technology of observing and control of the experimental equipment of dry gas seal. It has realized the combining organically of the machine and electricity. The test and control system of virtual instrument on the basis of the experimental equipment of dry gas seal has been developed.This text has put forward a method in signals gathered and the type of all kinds of sensors chosen and installment based on virtual instrument. The choice of data acquisitions and data export method and pulse signal export have been put forward also. Relying on LabVIEW's operating platform we setup testing systems. The major parameters tested are as follows: temperature ,pressure, level of oil, thickness of gas, rotational speed, amount leaked , torque and the temperature of oil. And has written signal acquisitions and dealing with subprogram under the environment of language LabVIEW. Take performance experiment of the dry gas seal as an example and give detailed course of test and control in the front board and procedure block. the experimental result on the basis of this have been analyzed and discussedThe development application on the experimental equipment of dry gas seal of the virtual instrument has improved the automation and intelligent level and test efficiency and precision of the experimental equipment of dry gas seal.
