With the wide application of tall buildings in engineering, transfer girders are often set at higher floor in order to meet the using requirement. It is called high-level transfer problem. The research on the behaviors of frame structures with transfer story has been conducted under static loads. In this thesis the main work finished by author is in followings:Firstly, in order to understand the influence of transfer girders at different heights on behaviors of frame structures under static loads, some examples were analyzed and were compared. The results indicate that compared with ordinary frame, the inner forces of the structures under the transfer girders doubly increase, while the increases of inner forces above transfer girders are smaller. When structures with transfer girders at different heights are compared, the increases of inner forces under the lower transfer girders are very small, while the inner forces of the structures above the higher transfer girders decrease, and the inner forces of the structures between the two transfer girders doubly increase. Transfer girders affect the behaviors largely in local ranges and very small far away from the transfer storey.Secondly, behaviors of frame structures with transfer girder at different heights under different lateral loads are discussed. Some examples are analyzed and compared. Trigonometry load, uniform load and concentrated load are confirmed through the principle of equality of bottom moments. In these examples, the results indicate that moments of every floor are very close, and each story obviously has an inflection point except ground floor in ordinary frame under the concentrated load. The moments get larger from top floor to ground floor, and the columns of ground floor and side columns of the stories close to the top floor do not have inflection point in ordinary frame under the trigonometry load or uniform load. As to the structures with transfer girders, the transfer girders affect the behaviors largely in local range. Structure deformations rely mainly on shearing deformation in structures above the transfer girders under the trigonometry load or uniform load, and rely mainly on linear deformation under the concentrated load. Top displacements get largest in structure under the concentrated load, and get smallest in structure under the uniform load. Displacements between stories only have a Maximum at the under part in ordinary frame, and have a minimum at the transfer floor in structures with transfer girders.
