In power plants, the security and economy of the unit depends on the performance of the boiler. The performance of the boiler depends on the security and economy of combustion system and drum control system. With the status of boiler in DongAn thermal power plant ,this dissertation studies on the problem of boiler combustion system and drum control system, The main content includes: This article describles the principle and running characteristic of boiler combustion system. Analysing the dynatic characteristics of boiler combustion system, this article gives the maths model of boiler the combustion system, we design concrete boiler automation control system, boiler drum control system and boiler burning control system: 1. Boiler drums part uses three element level cascade control system; 2.Steam pressure part uses the PI cascade control system, in which steam pressure is primary control parameter and hearth temperature is subsidiary parameter; 3.Smoke containing oxygen part uses a adjusted oxygen content control system, sending coal content is the feedforward controller and sending wind content is the primary controller; 4.Furnace negative pressure part uses sending wind content act as feedforward variable, and uses drawing wind content act as control variable; The application of frequency conversion control in boiler control is introduced, as well as their advantage, reasonability and practicality; we design boiler monitor and control system, this system use advanced computer, PLC and handware-based technology; we prospect the apply of imelligent control in boiler control.
