Recently, the competition of products becomes more and more severe in today's global market. The enterprise must develop new products which can satisfy the customers' requests in short time to maintain its market competition. First of all, the products are designed by design method, so we must find one design method which can satisfy the customers' requests.Following the development of design method, the process of design has become "manage design" form "design parameter". Then the success of design project depends on the perfect management of engineers, process of design, schedule of plan, even the process of thinking. Then the products are produced by not only one department but the management system of all enterprise's departments. So we need one design method which can hold the market trend, customer's requests and manage the process of design, engineers and thinking, this design method can make engineers design new products quickly, even occupy the market.This paper includes:(1) This paper improve the QFD method, the correlated coefficient of "Engineering Techniques matrix" making QFD more precise.(2) We make QFD and TRIZ together, and then advance the design method "The Concept Design Method Based on the Correlation QFD and TRIZ".(3) Advance the evaluation method based on correlation QFD. Profits from the core principle of QFD, we advance the technique evaluation method, customer's requests evaluation method and crowd quality houses evaluation method, those evaluation methods can fit different case.(4) Program software, we divide this software into 6 independent parts, which can make software have better service and lower difficulty in program.After study, we can find that the concept design method with QFD and TRIZ can help us develop novel product and shorten the time we spend on design, and then improve competition. If this method is used, it will promote design and shorten the time we spend on develop. Furthermore, it makes product develop foreseeable.
