Conceptual design is of great significance to realize the source innovation of new products and establish the competitive advantage of products in the market.At present,there are many design methods in the field of conceptual design,but most of them are generalized design methods,which cannot fully fit the functional characteristics of mechanical products.Therefore,it is urgent to construct a conceptual design process model oriented to the function of mechanical products,which can guide the research and development practice of enterprises.Aiming at improving the quality and efficiency of conceptual design of mechanical products,this paper adopts the research method of combining theoretical research and case verification to construct a triz-based function-oriented conceptual design model of mechanical products innovation,hoping to provide technical support for conceptual design of mechanical products.Function to solve is the core of the product conceptual design,this article on the basis of study of the characteristics of mechanical product Function,establish a mechanical feature set and the effect of mechanical product Function-library,through the analysis of the objective Function,the use of FOS(Function-oriented search Function orientation search)order repository,query innovation based on knowledge driven to solve the objective Function of the original understanding,and on the basis of constructing the objective Function of the original understanding to solve the model.In this paper,we mainly study the function innovation solution of prototype synthesis method.TRIZ is a knowledge-driven innovative design method,which is not directly used in the guidance framework of new product design.It is necessary to establish product conceptual design model by combining with other innovative design methods.Based on TRIZ theory,this paper studies and constructs a flinctional innovation design path based on system extension-tailoring,feature transfer,structural attribute change and parameter attribute change.Comprehensive system extended cutting method based on the technology system evolution,transfer method is based on the analysis of the resource system,based on the evolution of structure property change field and based on the physical properties of the principle of contradiction and invention changed four function solving method of building based on prototype integrated the function of the original understanding to solve design model,and through the concept of a straw briquette machine design and verify the validity of the model.The research results of this paper can provide new ideas for the research of conceptual design of mechanical products,provide method support for innovative design of enterprises,and have guiding significance for functional mechanical product development.
