Constructing the urban railway transit needs plenty of investment, furthermore, how to implement the project is complicated and the constructing cycle is long, and it takes a long time to complete the urban railway transit network. It is an efficient way to solve out the serious traffic problem by sufficiently utilizing the function of passenger transporting of urban railway transit and making plan for the traffic system and the convenient transfer between urban railway transit and the other traffic modals.The transfer between urban railway transit and other traffic modal is analyzed, mainly including the transfer between railway transit and general bus, railway feeder bus system is discussed from qualitative and quantitative aspects.The transfer establishment principles between the urban railway and the other traffic modals are discussed, for example intestine railway, general bus, bicycle, personal traffic etc, furthermore some suggestions on the distribution and the setting of the transportation hub station are presented.Based on the disaggregate model thought, a Traffic Modal Splitting Model Based on FNN is proposed,and the passenger quantity partaking proportion of urban railway transit and transferring passenger quantity proportion in hub station are fixed by FNN model. The example results show that this kind of the splitting model has advantages such as convenient calculation, high precision and powerful transplanting ability. The mathematic model of the railway feeder bus system on the goal of minimizing the sum of the cost of passengers and operator is presented by setting the necessary environmental variables. Afterwards, based on the mathematical analysis on the model, the relations between them and other variable can be analyzed.The selection model of feeder stop is set up on the aim of maximal passengers transfer quantity. And feeder efficiency model on the aim of max feeder effect per cost is proposed. Then cover efficiency model on the aim of max cover effect per cost is presented. Then an intelligent arithmetic, which can find all feeder routes one by one, is presented.At last, based on the state of NO 2 light rail of Chongqing City and the bus routes along rail, eight stations such as Yangjiaping, Daping, Xiejiawan, are settled as feeder station. Then take the Daping Station as example, the particular design of feeder bus system there is given.
