| Microscope is the necessary tool in investigating the micro-field. Digital microscopy system is one of the important orientation that optical microscope develops toward, it greatly improves the performance of conventional optical microscope which combined microscopy,photoelectronics and computer science.In the paper we firstly introduced the development and the marked needs of microscope,after analyzing the structure of the conventional reading microscope we put forward to the researching of digital reading microscopy system. In later chapter,we put emphasis on designing of the optical microscopy modual and the imaging interface modual.The optical part is the foundation while the quality of optical image directly effects performance of system. In the basis of introducing the standard of microscope,we designed a kind of light path which can use CCD camera and eye to observe at the same time. Further more we determined the interger structure and calculated individual parameters according to designing.In imaging interface modual,the adoption of PCI-bus card to accept the video signal from planar CCD and the video card consist of decoder part and PCI bridge part. The saa7111 realize the decoding of analogue video signal which produced by philips, the chip capable of decoding various type of analogue video signal to digiatal format and it is controlled by registers in the chip. It adopt saa7146 to construct the PCI interface system and it sents digital imaging data to computer's memory through PCI bus. The saa7146 is a multimedia PCI bridge chip that has the ability of as master of the bus, and it can connect with saa7111 directly due to there is 3×128Dwords video data buffers in the chip. We complete the designing of imaging interface card after totally know the fundamentals of the chip, combined with function driver we tested the card and it shows the card can work normally. The paper introduced the develop of WDM equement driver in windows xp operating system envrionment. |
