At present, our country is realizing making the transition from a big manufacture country to a powerful manufacture country. In order to succeed in realizing this transition, a large number of project technicians with initiative spirit will be needed. The institution of higher education is undertaking the important task of trainning talents, but the subject problem existing at present is that most industry science graduates' practice ability , innovation ability are also far from meeting the requirements for talent of the present fierce market competition. How to train students' initiative spirit, innovation ability and practice ability remains the important subject in the educational reform of the present project.In the reform in education of basic course of machinery, how to make traditionally single, reproductive, redivivus, verification and close to comprehensive, designed, applied, creative experiment change, is a problem which people become engaged in the project and educate more and more pay close attention to.Experimental equipment with comprehensive, designing characteristics, which can use in mechanical executive system for conceptual design and kinematics, dynamics parameter test, has been taken as the research objective. Firstly, design in experimental equipment from kinematics characteristic, dynamics characteristic, controllability, manufacture complexity aspects has been discussed in detail. Different transmission schemes and possibility and way expanded to the experimental equipment on the same experimental equipment have been studied and realized; this paper have carried on the design plan of the experimental equipment and appraised and selected excellently and finished whole conceptual design. Secondly, two degree of freedom controlled executive mechanism has been adopted and the feasibility of technological requirement during punching and drawing has been realized through changing geometric parameters of mechanism; control methods which meet the technological requirement during punching and drawing have been researched by changing executive mechanism geometric parameters; software such as Visual C++, ADAMS, Unigraphics, MATLAB have been employed to carry on artificial analysis and optimization design to the mechanical system; the executive mechanism's kinematic curve has been provided while the experimental equipment finish punching and drawing.
