With the increasing management requirements of mechanical and electrical equipment for metro, it is difficult to support the development of metro system with current management level. Without complete basic information of device maintenance, it is impossible to efficiently realize integrated management. In addition, some maintenance man lack professional skills. And modern management methods are not made good use of. All the factors mentioned above affect the device maintenance performance.The development of building information modeling makes it more practical to manage the massive information of maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, and offers an efficient management tool to operation and maintenance man. However, most research and application focus more on the simulation of data information, exhibition of results and coordination of communication, but fail to solve problems and assist operation maintenance on the basis of actual situation, which leads to serious gap while interacting with cite environment. Therefore, this research emphasizes on the mechanical electrical equipment maintenance of metro system, applies augmented reality technique started with operation and management guidance, and proposes the relevant application framework to fill the gap practically. Several jobs are finished as follows:This thesis analyses the characteristics, problems and requirements of managing mechanical and electrical equipment of metro system as well as the application value and difficulties of augmented reality technique.Through referring to the design codes and related literature, this thesis explicitly defines the virtual-real modeling requirements and information which orients the mechanical electrical equipment of metro system, and improves the whole mechanical electrical equipment models' information items and the conditions of scene creation. In the meanwhile, it puts forward the modeling requirements, specifications and procedures, which lay a foundation for the further improvement of relevant information system to realize application framework.This thesis comes up with the application framework of managing mechanical and electrical equipment of metro system on the basis of augmented reality technique and divides the framework into three main modules—the secondary design module, the assembly guide module, and the maintenance assistant module. It also analyzes the information flow and realization process between framework and module, and makes the overall structure clear and definite.Through conducting the case application of the framework, this thesis proves the feasibility of maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment of metro system on the basis of augmented reality technique, and find out deficiencies which provide reference to the subsequent researchers.
