| The Bus-borne Intelligent System is the source and destination of the information flow in public transport's network information integrated systems. It is the basis and core of Intelligent Public Transport Systems. The purpose of this paper is to achieve the solution of realizing Bus-borne Intelligent System, and to make what I do serve as a tentative model for future experiment or development in formal modeling and constituting related criterion for the Bus-bome Intelligent System in the domain of public transport. This paper deals with the prospects of the Bus Intelligent System' development and actual state in China, and the necessary characteristics of an open system such as interoperability etc. In the paper, the system model and data model of the Bus-borne Intelligent System is based on the bus-borne electronic device at the present time in China and the functions to be realized. The concept of the object and the Object Dictionary is used to modeling. After comparing some kind of bus network techniques, the scheme base on the CAN-bus is adopted. Then the CAN-bus protocol in each layer and techniques is analyzed, and the CAN driver layer and the CAN application layer are designed. In order to achieving the open system, CANopen protocol is used as the protocol in the CAN application layer. The GPRS principles and its techniques are discussed for achieving the wireless telecommunication between the Bus-borne Intelligent System and the Wireless Operation System. TCP/IP protocol is analyzed and its scheme of realization in bus-borne GPRS terminal device is introduced. It is put forward that CANopen protocol is also used as the protocol in the application layer of the Wireless Operation System and bus-borne GPRS terminal device is used as the transparent gateway, thus the seamless network connections and data transfer between the application layers of the two system become feasible and SDO protocol can supply handshake mechanism and timeout control mechanism. In order to validating the feasibility of the solution, a simple testing prototype is developed by virtue of the existing condition. The advantages between the development flat based on 8051 main control unit and the development flat based on ARM main control unit are compared.This paper put forward a scheme composed of networking system based on CAN technique and long-distance wireless information transmission system based on GPRS. The focus of this paper is put on analyzing, designing, and realizing the protocols used in the system. The main breakthrough is to use CANopen protocol, whose core is Object Dictionary, to set up a real open system, which can make public transport trade's administrative organizations, diverse bus-borne electronic device manufacturers, system integrators, and public transport companies etc. to take part in setting up the Bus-borne Intelligent System and the Wireless Operation System. |
