The aim of the research is a teaching design and practice for stimulating the motivation to learn through vocational high school textbook, an effective teaching strategy for finding and stimulating the vocational high school students in particular motivation to learn. The hope of the research project is to find a effective method in stimulating generally motivation to learn and spread to other subjects of teaching, such as mathematics. Bringing up their good habits, not only help them to finish their theory knowledge, improve plot ability and space imagination but also improve their ability of communication, cooperation, analyze and solve the problem. From this, we can improve the students' thought of creative and criticism, let them have more responsibility and form a good habit, which is agreed to the goal of world vocational education.From collecting a large number of mechanical drawing information and vocational education, fully understand the students' motivation to learn, relate to the requests of training vocational high school students and subject specialty of auto repairing, designing the teaching model and strategy, practicing and developing the research through the theory of motivation to learn, theory of intensify, theory of attribution, theory of needing level, theory of training curiosity students, theory of communication. ARCS motivation design model, TARGET motivation design model, cooperate motivation to learn design model, brighten teaching motivation design model are used in practicing.Careful researching their mind through the methods of observation, questionnaire and interview with the students will enforce investigation. Find the reasons of lacking motivation to learn and summarize them. Make the motivation training goal on the basis of it, choose the right evaluate methods to find the changes of the students through the procession and obtain the real date of how a student's motivation to learn formed. From summarizing the teaching practice, obtain the valuable training models and strategies as solve the problem in teaching practice will offer great help to the future teaching work.
